These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Recipe Thyme mobile application (the "App") provided by Recipe Thyme ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Using the App

You must be at least 13 years old to use Recipe Thyme. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account.

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens through your account. Please notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Content

Recipes, images, and other materials made available in the App are provided for personal, non-commercial use. Recipe and nutrition information is offered for general informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional dietary or medical advice. Always check ingredients if you have allergies or dietary restrictions.

Acceptable Use

  • Do not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App.
  • Do not copy, resell, or redistribute App content without permission.
  • Do not use the App to violate any applicable law or regulation.

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, branding, and software, is owned by Recipe Thyme and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the App.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that recipe results will meet your expectations.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Recipe Thyme will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
